I was looking for a solution as a base for my hot tub as I didn't want to spend the time and effort on concrete. I decided to call CORE to inquired about the hot tub foundation kit. After speaking with them I ordered it directly over the phone and a week later it arrived. Before it arrived I created a simple 4x4 frame, dug an an area for the frame and levelled the ground with gravel. I then placed the CORE hot tub grid in the 4x4 built frame that I constructed. The CORE pieces fit together like a jig saw puzzle. I had to cut 3 end pieces to size to create a perfect fit within my 4x4 frame. I used my table saw to cut the pieces to size, it worked great. Once the CORE foundation was in place I back filled with gravel...voila....hot tub pad complete. We're super happy with the product. I especially like the weed preventitive fabric on the bottom of the grid. The CORE hot tub foundation looks clean and it's eco friendly too! Thanks for a great experience CORE!
